Sunscreen ‘is making us vitamin D deficient’, controversial study claims

A recent study published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, claims as many as one billion people worldwide may have deficient or insufficient levels of vitamin D. This is due to chronic disease and insufficient sun exposure related to sunscreen use.
